Why Do You Train? Powerlifters Connor and Wesley

I launched a new series on Youtube entitled “Why Do You…”. I explore the different forms of fitness and interview athletes and individuals about what it is that pulls them to the sport and/or activities that they’re so involved in and passionate about. The goal of this series is to help readers (that’s you!) to understand that there are so many ways to exercise, move, and stay in shape, there is bound to be something that you enjoy. So come along with me and see why fitness, in all of its forms, is amazing!

The first video is with my friends Wesley and Connor. They’re both powerlifters and very involved in the sport. We go into their origins from bodybuilding to making the transition and we learn about what it is about lifting that keeps them coming back to the weight room nearly every day.
